My thoughts are basically... soap has both a fat-grabbing molecule (to get “grime”) and water-grabbing molecule (to rinse), but the fat-grabber grabs all your skin’s good healthy fats too (ceramides, sebum, squalene, vitamin e, lipids)…

Not good for skin health! Also daily cleansing as a cultural ideal is rooted in classism, racism, sexism, religious indoctrination... so not feminist :)
