I stay away from Walmart the company that has destroyed the small retail market space for generations. It’s sad and sick. Boycott Walmart!

Brilliant article! I love everything you write. It’s so infuriating that the groups who those policies hurt the most are also the ones who most likely shop at Walmart because it’s all they can afford. So Walmart makes customers complicit (unknowingly for the most part) in their own oppression. Sadly for me, I’m also complicit because it’s all I can afford, and it’s the only store in a 30 mile radius. I desperately wish I could boycott it.

I have been anti-Walmart since early 2000”s - as they marched to destroy small family owned stores.- fast forward to now- visited a Walmart maybe 4-5 times in my life. Like hobby lobby- will not support, chck- fl- will not support and so many other corp. that look to keep revenue up with their shit and fly their agenda - if I have to support a corporation-give me target- I “think”they are still working with diverse communities. Hope so. Worked in print media in my past and read between the lines on how much the corp are playing to lure consumers and keep their political interests intact.
