Jessica, you are not only loved, you are revered! And I have a feeling that when you hit 50, you are going to achieve all you hope for. I think I'm saying that because her 50s tend to be a perfectly beautiful decade for women. I LOVED my 50s. And my 60s. I'm halfway through my 70s and from what I'm seeing from. Older friends, the 80s and 90s are looking pretty good too.
I met a woman today at the dry cleaner who was RESPLENDENT. Decades older than I am, glowing with earned confidence. We found out (in 3 minutes) that we both have four sons. She gave me tips. I drank them up. I wanted to stay near her for another hour, but she had pants to crop. Loving the way women appear over time has been a liberating reframe--not just existentially, but financially, too. All the shit they're trying to sell me to stay 'young'! HA, I'd rather not.
Can I be Vice President to your President of the Muumuu Club please? Because that’s my favorite kind of clothing to find myself in lately too and my current fav is also green and I too need more community in my life. ♥️

Angus, Thongs and Full Frontal Snogging - my favorite series in highschool! I vividly remember finding it on my school’s library shelf. It felt like landing on a secret treasure. I’m tempted to read it again after 20 years.. but I’d hate to ruin it for my 15yr old self.
